Hostile Frontier Defense Tour of Duty Package

This Tour of Duty simulates the rigors of duty in the hostile borders of the Federation in the frontier. It is available to all characters as a Tour of Duty package (first tour) at a cost of 10 points -- the character's allotment of points for that phase.
