Roy was born in 2343 to a Starfleet admiral and an archeologist. Starfleet has always been a part of Roy's life. His father was away all the time -- that was the cause of a rift that exists between them today. Roy basically joined Starfleet because of his father. He showed an aptitude for command and tactics despite his argumentative and impulsive nature. Roy's first assignment was the exploration of the Delta Theta Regions, whose anomalies were a proving ground for his piloting skills. After that, Roy was assigned to the Everett to give medical aid to outlying colonies. He is now the senior conn officer of the newly comissioned Ambassador-class Saratoga.

Personalty & Appearance
Roy is 6'1" and weighs a slender 220 lbs. He has sandy brown hair and hazel eyes. He is cool and confident, bordering on arrogant. He keeps people at bay, fearing that if they see the real him, they will leave.
