Gianni Mastroianni was born in Florence, in the Italian district on Earth. He studied law before being recruited by the Federation Intelligence Service. He was involved in the investigation of Admiral Leyton's abortive coup in 2372.

Personality & Appearance
Height: 1.75m
Weight: 75kg
Complexion: olive
Hair: black, just beginning to silver at the temples, wavy.

Gianni is ruggedly handsome with a prominent Roman nose. He is of average height and weight.  His musical tastes are eclectic, but he is especially fond of the 20th century Earth singer Vic Fontaine. He is a devout Roman Catholic, and never uses profanity. He drinks sparingly, and is fond of trying out new types of food. He is intensely loyal to his partner, Agent T'val

Gianni dresses in somber colors, but in the latest fashion. He is tends to the flamboyant, in stark contrast to T'val. He carries a Phaser I concealed in the waistband of his trousers at the small of his back.

Notes
Agents Mastroianni and T'val can be encountered literally anywhere within the Federation. If the Narrator is using a Section 31 plotline, they may be involved in investigating Section 31. In Starfleet Intelligence campaigns, they may be used as allies or competitors to the PCs. Alternatively, they may be assigned to investigate the PCs for transgressions either real or
alleged.
