New Advantage: Shapeshifter

Shapeshifter (+6)
Some species in the Star Trek universe are capable of changing their shape to mimic other species, or even inanimate objects or take on unique shapes.  This ability is bestowed by the Shape Shifter Advantage.  This advantage gives the ability to shape shift, but not the Skill, which governs use of the talent.  In other words, only be purchasing this advantage can a character make use of the Shapeshifting skill.

Editor's Note
Given the usefulness of such a talent, I have upped the Advantage's cost to (+6) from the author's original cost.  I think it likely that this Advantage should be valued even higher.  Players should not be allowed to take this Advantage; instead, the Advantage is provided for NPCs.
